Please note that these products are fan-made merchandise. All the merch is in preorder status (see first question!).
Below is a list of replies to frequently asked questions, please make sure to read them thoroughly before purchasing any item!
What does preorder mean?
Each item listed in this shop is a preorder item and has not yet been manufactured. As such, the actual colours, textures, etc. of your order may vary from what you see on-screen.
Additionally, fulfillment of the final products will not occur until after the preorder and production periods have ended. Be mindful of this when you order!
Production might take up to three weeks, during which I will update my social media, you can find them all here.
When will you ship my order?
If you place an order, know that it will not be shipped immediately as the item/s will need to be produced first. As soon as your order is ready, an email will be sent notifying you.

When will my order arrive?
Domestic orders (Italy) may take from 1 to 4 business days to arrive.
As for everywhere else, it might take between 3 to 9 business days to arrive.
Return and exchange policy
All purchases are final once the shop is closed. Once it is closed, no cancellations or changes can be made. Please, take this into consideration before ordering.
I would like to change something in my order, what do I do?
If the shop is still open and you want to change something (ie. delivery address) please use the Contact section here on BigCartel.
Will my package be charged delivery/custom fees?
Customs and duty fees are not included in your order and/or shipping total. All international orders are subject to customs and duty fees as defined by the country of import.
Please note that I am not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs or natural disasters.
